the Room

This small house, the Room, sits on the footings of an unbuilt bath house, and beside a house designed by Drew Heath. Built by Chad Dunn, ourselves and students of Architecture over a few weeks, it cost around $30,000. Spaces with services and storage sit around the edge of the room, while the space in the middle becomes a study / living area / bedroom at different times of the day.
